Seeking to bounce back from last weekend’s defeat by Southampton, the Foxes have had a full week of training to recover and prepare for their trip to Turf Moor.
For Rodgers, that preparation will reenergise the Club’s stars, who, according to the manager, have plenty of room for development under the Northern Irishman.
“When you have any setback, you respond by working twice as hard and it’s as simple as that,” said Rodgers. You have to work at it and go away and analyse.
“We weren’t at our best that day and it was a game on the back end of a long period of games. We didn’t quite have our energy and intensity in the game that we would like.
“You go away, and you analyse where you can be better and reset again and like I say, you work twice as hard. That’s what we’ve always done in any setback this season.”
Rodgers insists that even when the Foxes are performing at a high level, they are still eyeing improvements in their Premier League displays.
When they’ve had a setback, we respond to work and work very hard, and look to bring that into the next game.

“Thankfully, we’ve a group of players that are so honest and have that mindset to improve and develop,” he continued.
“I’ve said that when we’re on unbeaten runs for a lot of time and lots of weeks, we still have a lot to improve on, on and off the pitch.
“However, the players, up until this point, have been outstanding. When they’ve had a setback, we respond to work and work very hard, and look to bring that into the next game.”
