Morgan has made 310 appearances for City since joining from Nottingham Forest in January 2012, scoring 14 goals, and will now continue his Leicester City journey into a 10th campaign.

The 36-year-old has captained the side to the Championship title, the Premier League title and the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League, and continues to be an integral figure at the Club both on and off the pitch.

In a career that has spanned the top four divisions and well over 700 appearances, the experienced defender’s performances have seen him recognised in the Football League’s Team of the Decade, the Championship Team of the Year three times, as well as the PFA Team of the Year in 2015/16.

With Leicester City, Morgan has built a legacy that sets him apart as one of the Club’s greatest ever players and captains. Widely respected by staff, players and supporters alike, Morgan’s leadership has been one of the key factors in Leicester City’s success during his spell with the Club.

Fuchs has been a significant figure for the Foxes since his arrival from Germany in the summer of 2015 on a free transfer and has gone on to feature 132 times in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing numerous assists.

He played a key role in both Leicester City’s 2015/16 Premier League title win and subsequent UEFA Champions League run in 2016/17, and has put in consistently strong and reliable performances when called upon this campaign.

Alongside his solid defensive displays on the pitch, Fuchs has earned a place in the hearts of City fans through his willingness to engage with them off the pitch and appetite for taking part in the Club’s many community initiatives during his time as a Fox.

Jakupović, meanwhile, has spent almost three years with the Foxes since his arrival from Hull City in the summer of 2017, when Leicester City become his eighth professional club.

He made his debut for the Foxes in a goalless FA Cup draw against Fleetwood Town in January 2018, while his Premier League debut came in a 3-1 home win against Arsenal at King Power Stadium later that season.
