Goals from Ayoze Pérez and Demarai Gray sealed a 2-0 win over Sheffield United at King Power Stadium to confirm European football in Morgan's 300th appearance for the Club.
The 36-year-old has been with the Club through a defining era in its history, captaining them to Championship and Premier League titles, as well as starring in the UEFA Champions League.
In 2020/21, the Foxes will embark on another European campaign and Morgan, who recently signed a new contract on Filbert Way, was delighted to help write another chapter of history.
"I think it's a big, big achievement," he told LCFC TV. Our aim at the start of the season was to play European football so we've ticked that box among other aims that we had.
"To finally get there, it's fantastic, but we've still got a bit of work to do, there's two games left and we want to finish as high as we can.
It definitely feels like I've played 300 games for Leicester in the legs! You know, It's just fantastic to be out there once again.

"This performance today was to show that we're still a force. Probably since 2020, we've not had the best period of games where results have not gone our way, but we always try to fight.
"We're always trying to find the right solutions to win games and today was a great example of that. It's still alive at the top. Obviously, we're under no illusions.
"It's very, very tight, but it's in our hands, so to speak, and we've just got to put the performances in and get the points and we'll see where we'll be."
Speaking after his 300th outing for the Foxes, Morgan expressed his desire to do everything he can to help the Club achieve its objectives despite his advanced years in football terms.
"It definitely feels like I've played 300 games for Leicester in the legs!" he joked at full-time. "You know, It's just fantastic to be out there once again.

"I'm obviously not getting any younger now, so game time's a bit limited these days, but I'm always ready to go if the gaffer calls on me.
"We've got few injuries and a few suspensions, so I was happy to be called upon and to get a result like that today, when we most needed it, feels extra special."
At the other end of the spectrum, meanwhile, youngster Luke Thomas, 19, was making his senior debut for Leicester on Thursday - and Morgan was impressed by his performance.
"I thought he was fantastic," he added. "He probably wasn't expecting it. When the gaffer told us yesterday he'd be starting, he's got to be nervous, unsure of what to expect.
"But I think he's shown some great maturity, great confidence on the ball, and I don't think it phased him one little bit. I predict a bright, bright future for him."
