The 22-year-old full-back - still eligible for the Under-21s - has earned six caps for the Young Lions, helping them to sit top of their UEFA U21 2021 EURO qualification group.
Justin could star in qualifiers away against Andorra, at Estadi Nacional next Wednesday (2pm kick-off), before England host Turkey at the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers the following Tuesday (7:30pm kick-off).
City's No.2 has played in each of the Club's three opening Premier League fixtures this season, all ending in victories, and Brendan Rodgers' men currently sit atop of the early standings.
The Club's representation among the England set-up also continues with Luke Thomas being named in the Under-20s side to face Wales on Tuesday 13 October (kick-off TBC).
On Thursday, meanwhile, Leicester Academy graduate Harvey Barnes was named in the England senior squad for the first time ahead of matches against Wales, Belgium and Denmark this month.
