Castagne Braced For 'Different' Chelsea Challenge
- Timothy Castagne previews Leicester City's Premier League visit to Chelsea
- The Foxes head to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday in the season's penultimate fixture (8:15pm kick-off)
- City defeated the Blues in the final of the Emirates FA Cup at Wembley on Saturday afternoon
- Belgium international Castagne, however, believes Chelsea will pose different challenges
A second-half stunner from Youri Tielemans ended the Club's 137-year wait for success in the FA Cup on Saturday - leading to emotional celebrations from both the players and the Blue Army alike - but attentions now return swiftly to Premier League responsibilities.
Victory in the capital would be extremely significant for the Foxes if they were able to return to Leicester with all three points, but Castagne believes Tuesday's 8:15pm kick-off at Stamford Bridge will be very different to the clash at Wembley over the weekend.
"We can’t take it as a package deal," the Belgian told LCFC TV. "You have to play the first one and then, for the second one, analyse what we did and go from there. It maybe makes it easier because, after the first game, you know what works and what doesn’t, but that’s the case for them as well.
If you look at it from a team point of view, if you win the cup and you have the chance to get in the Champions League, it’s a pretty good season.

"There might be some things which worked well in the final which won’t work any more because they’ve changed things, so it’s a bit double sided. It’s two different games. Obviously, it’s not going to be easy, but we know if we win on Tuesday, we’ll be in the Champions League for sure.
"It would be amazing to come here and, in my first season, get the Champions League, it would just be amazing."
Not only has Castagne lifted the FA Cup during his first season as a Fox, but the former Atalanta full-back has also earned many individual plaudits over 2020/21, making 32 appearances in all competitions for the Football Club.
He hopes it will get even better over the coming week as Leicester prepare to welcome Tottenham Hotspur to King Power Stadium on Sunday in the campaign's finale after tackling Chelsea on Tuesday.

Timothy Castagne toasts City's FA Cup triumph with his team-mates in front of the Foxes faithful at Wembley.
"It was always a league that attracted me, for the style of play," the 25-year-old added. "I didn’t know how I would do here because you never know, but I always wanted to play here. I like the direct play and the way we play here.
"It’s been good. If you look at it from a team point of view, if you win the cup and you have the chance to get in the Champions League, it’s a pretty good season. I think I’ve adapted pretty well. I was lucky to have team-mates who I knew before I came to the Club.
"Here and there, I could have done better for sure, but it’s not a bad first season!"
