Brendan Rodgers has underlined Leicester City's desire to challenge in every single competition as the Foxes prepare to confront Millwall at The Den in the third round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening.
As the Emirates FA Cup holders look to add a fourth League Cup to the Club's honours list, they must first plot a route past Gary Rowett's Lions, who are unbeaten in three matches in the Sky Bet Championship. They also knocked then-Premier League champions Leicester out of the FA Cup in 2017.
Rodgers, though, says the Foxes will always strive to excel in any competition they enter as the Northern Irishman navigates a 2021/22 campaign which also includes Premier League, UEFA Europa League and, in the New Year, FA Cup representation.
