King Power Platinum Jubilee Raceday – Discounted Tickets For STHs & Members

- King Power to host charity raceday at Leicester Racecourse on Thursday 2 June

- A day of high-calibre racing and entertainment for families across Leicestershire

Open to Leicester City supporters, racing enthusiasts and sports fans throughout the city, the event will be a sporting celebration, with a day of high-calibre racing and fun family entertainment – including a visit from Club mascot Filbert Fox, along with inflatables, football skills sessions, giveaways and more.

The day will also be an opportunity to support The Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation’s partner charities, including Leicester Hospitals Charity, LOROS, Rainbows and Heartwize, and reaffirms King Power’s commitment to supporting the Leicestershire community.

Earlier this week, Leicester City Chairman Khun Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha donated £1M to Leicester Hospitals Charity’s Neonatal Incubator Appeal, which aims to upgrade the city’s 42-cot neonatal unit and give the very best chance of survival to babies born prematurely.

The charity is one of scores to have benefited from the work of the VS Foundation – established in 2012 and renamed after Leicester City’s late patriarch in 2018. For the King Power Platinum Jubilee Raceday, sponsorship of the day’s racecard will be passed on several such charities to help raise awareness for their important work in the county.

King Power has a strong presence in horse racing, having registered wins at some of the UK’s biggest meetings with horses from its King Power Racing stable. Through the event on 2 June, the Srivaddhanaprabha family hope to share another of their great sporting passions with the Leicester City family, while celebrating Her Majesty The Queen’s historic landmark.

Adult tickets on the day are priced at £22, with LCFC Season Ticket Holders and Members tickets to cost £8. Under 18s tickets are free.

Season Ticket Holders and Members will also be eligible for an exclusive discount code, which will be sent direct via email.
