King Power Stadium
Built in 2002, it sits on Filbert Way and holds a capacity of 32,312 spectators. It’s hosted 10 seasons of Premier League football – also being the stage on which City’s players have paraded the top three divisional titles in English football. Leicester have also won the FA Cup and the FA Community Shield during their time at King Power Stadium.
King Power Stadium
King Power Stadium is the home venue of both Leicester City's men's and women's teams.
Foxes stars including Esteban Cambiasso, Riyad Mahrez, N’Golo Kanté, Youri Tielemans and James Maddison have called Filbert Way their home. Magnificent comebacks – like the 5-3 win over Manchester United – historic achievements – such as Jamie Vardy’s record-breaking scoring streak – and magical European nights – including a UEFA Champions League win over Sevilla – have all come beneath King Power Stadium’s perfectly aligned four stands.
The likes of Roberto Carlos, Ronaldinho and Cristiano Ronaldo have graced the turf at Leicester City’s home venue too, across a host of international fixtures and prestige friendlies. England sides have also contested four matches on Filbert Way. Elsewhere, the 2022 FA Community Shield – between Manchester City and Liverpool – was fought out at King Power Stadium in front of a capacity crowd in Leicester and a global TV audience.
Food
King Power Stadium's staff restaurant offers nutritional food options at a subsidised rate.
Whether it be concerts, music gigs, business conferences or exhibitions, the stadium's location in the heart of Leicester makes it easily accessible for visitors, and its modern facilities ensure it is a popular destination for both sports and non-sports events. With extensive developments planned in future, it will continue to be a cornerstone of King Power’s ambitions for Leicester City and a source of pride for generations of Foxes supporters.
King Power Stadium offers three floors of office space, with ticketing and retail positioned on the ground floor inside and around the Foxes Fanstore, the flagship LCFC retail store. The first floor, on the the other hand, houses several departments, including human resources, IT and finance. Marketing and hospitality, meanwhile, are based on level two. Filbert Way has staff parking and a spacious staff restaurant and games room for staff to use as well, while meetings are often held with the stunning King Power Stadium view in the background.
