Earlier in the day, although Harry Souttar did not feature from the bench in Australia's 5-0 success over Palestine, young midfielder Sammy Braybrooke did start for England's Elite League Squad.

Will Alves and Ben Nelson, meanwhile, were introduced in the second half as the Young Lions drew 2-2 with the Republic of Ireland's Under-20s in Croatia.

Archie Brown and Dane Scarlett netted for England to overturn a 1-0 deficit, but they had to settle for a draw in the end after Friday's 2-1 victory over Sweden - a game in which Alves scored a stunner.
