Villa Defeat For U18s

The Leicester City Under-18s were beaten 4-1 by Aston Villa in the U18 Premier League South Division on Saturday morning.

Lorenz Hutchinson scored a consolation goal after a rampant Villans put four past the young Foxes at LCFC Training Ground, as the hosts failed to build on a positive performance that saw them draw 1-1 with Crystal Palace last time out.

Max Jenner opened the scoring in Seagrave 17 minutes in and then gave Aston Villa a two-goal lead before the break. Mason Cotcher who assisted the second, then provided for Cole Brannigan to see the visitors go three goals up just after the restart.

Trai-Varn Mulley put the game out of sight before Hutchinson scored for Leicester inside the last 10 minutes on home soil, leaving them ninth with nine points, 13 points behind Villa who lead the division.

The young Foxes are back on their travels on Saturday morning (11:30am GMT kick-off) when they face Tottenham Hotspur at Tottenham Hotspur Academy in further league action.
