Admiral Muskwe scored either side of the interval for the Foxes at Holmes Park to propel them up to fourth in the Premier League 2 standings with 14 points from eight matches.
The Swans, however, sat deeper in the second half after having Jack Bainbridge sent off for a high boot, forcing City to adapt their strategy and patiently probe their visitors in the final third.
During his LCFC TV post-match interview, Beaglehole said: “We were well worth the win tonight. I’ve seen many teams throw it away when the other side go down to 10 men.
“Arguably it is more difficult to play against 10 men because they sit in there deeper. There was not a lot of space for us to go in behind, which we like to do.
Beaglehole Jubilant With Home Form
Steve Beaglehole spoke to LCFC TV after his side's 2-0 victory over Swansea at Holmes Park on Monday evening.
“We kept a clean sheet. We said at half-time that we didn’t need to score again but, if we could, be ruthless and we did do that.”
The Under-23s manager also expressed his delight at the form of Muskwe, City’s top goal scorer last term and their hottest attacking force once again this season too.
“I’m very, very pleased for Ade,” Beaglehole continued. “He got a bad injury while he was playing well and scoring goals. He’s taken his time to get over that injury.
“He’s looking strong, he’s winning headers, his support play is good and he’s getting goals. Overall it was a big team performance.”
It’s all down to them, they have worked exceptionally hard.

Beaglehole believes City’s youngsters have benefitted from stepping up to Under-23s football as scholars last season, something they have learned from over the past few months.
“To have 14 points in this league before the end of October with another game to go is a great achievement,” he added.
“It’s all down to them, they have worked exceptionally hard. We are seeing the fruits of them playing last year as scholars at this level.
“They have learned from it and made vast improvements.”
