The Foxes reached Round 5 following a 3-1 victory over Leeds United at King Power Stadium on Tuesday.
While Leicester have defeated Sheffield United, Liverpool and Leeds to reach this stage of the competition, Manchester City have overcome West Bromwich Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The tie will take place on Filbert Way during the week commencing Monday 18 December.
