Stoke Clash Marks LCFC's Kick It Out Fixture
- Leicester City will stage their annual Kick It Out fixture against Stoke City on Saturday
- The Club has provided the organisation with support over previous seasons
- Kick It Out aims to combat inequality and discrimination in football
Following last year’s ‘Call Full-Time On Hate’ campaign, the work continues in earnest this season as the football community strives to combat inequality and discrimination still present in the game today.
Clubs, fans, players and managers will show their support throughout the 2017/18 season with plans in place to provide education, participation and engagement for greater community cohesion across football.
Both squads will wear official Kick It Out t-shirts during their warm-up for the Premier League clash while a whole host of fun, informative and inclusive activities are also planned.
Across the country, educational workshops, player participation events, community engagement opportunities and fan-led initiatives are helping Kick It Out spread the word to new audiences.
With the on-going support of the LCFC Community Trust, Kick It Out backs individuals, groups, clubs and authorities to achieve equality and fair outcomes in all walks of life.
While also developing a wider awareness and acceptance of Kick It Out’s activities and its enabling and facilitating roles as a contributory force for good in football, the Club is once again proud to provide its support.
