Vardy rounded off the scoring in a 2-0 victory at AMEX Stadium, taking his tally to 19 for the season for club and country.
The former Fleetwood Town man has been vital to the Foxes’ Premier League success in recent years and ranks highly among some of Club’s most talented players, past and present.
His goalscoring exploits, lung-busting runs and entertaining displays have endeared him to the Blue Army and after reaching double figures for a third consecutive season, Vardy’s attacking statistics are to be applauded.

Five consecutive strikes across January and February were then followed up by three goals in March. Half Century For Vardy
Jamie Vardy scores his 50th Premier League goal for Leicester City.
If Vardy is in range, he will not hesitate to pull the trigger. He has had the second-highest amount of efforts on goal by a City player this season, with only Algeria star Mahrez having more attempts. With 269 shots in total across four terms – 128 of those on target – the frontman boasts a shooting accuracy of 48 per cent. He has hit the woodwork on eight occasions in total since making his Premier League debut for City in August 2014.

A Delicate Finish Against Spurs
The No.9 lifts an effort over Hugo Lloris during the victory over Tottenham Hotspur in November.
Vardy has started every game he has been involved in for the Foxes this term, missing only one fixture for his side. His 135 Premier League appearances for the Club is bettered only by legends Muzzy Izzet (222), Matt Elliott (199), Robbie Savage (172), Steve Guppy (161) and Neil Lennon (155). Reinforcing his impact this season, of the 30 appearances he has made, City have lost only a third of those games.

Vardy's West Brom Stunner
Jamie Vardy volleys home one of his best goals in England's top flight.
Foxes fans have witnessed Vardy score some sensational goals, with the most recent coming against West Bromwich Albion last month. Another fine combination with Mahrez saw him slam home a first-time volley into the bottom corner – goal no.11 of 12 on his left foot in the Premier League. The majority have come on his right, having scored 40 with his favoured foot. Meanwhile, Vardy has found the back of the net five times with his head, bringing his total to 57 in the English top tier.
