After exceeding expectations in Russia, Gareth Southgate’s squad will resume their preparations for future tournaments at the home of Leicester City!
England head for Leicester to face the Swiss on Tuesday 11 September (8pm BST kick-off) in a game that could see Harry Maguire, Demarai Gray and Ben Chilwell representing their country in familiar surroundings.
The match will be the second time that King Power Stadium has had the honour of hosting the England senior men’s team, after providing the venue for a 2-1 friendly victory over Serbia & Montenegro in June 2003.
The Three Lions team was managed by former City boss Sven-Göran Eriksson that day and included a place for fellow former Fox Emile Heskey in the starting XI for a victorious England, who also had LCFC goalkeeper Ian Walker on the bench.
Don’t miss the potential chance to see Leicester City players representing the nation on home turf! Secure your seats at TheFA.com/Tickets.
