During her maiden season with the Foxes, Tierney was an almost ever-present at centre-back as LCFC Women won promotion from the Barclays Women's Championship for the very first time.

She opened her account for the Club, with a brace of goals to secure a 2-0 win at Durham in March 2021, before scoring the goal that helped seal the title against London City Lionesses a month later.

Missing just one WSL fixture in 2021/22, the versatile defender scored her first goal of the season in the home victory over Birmingham City in December 2021 - LCFC Women's maiden top-flight win.

A mainstay in the City side, having transitioned into central midfield in recent times, Tierney made her 100th appearance in the 24/25 campaign, becoming the first Leicester women’s player to do so.
