The 22-year-old signed a three-year-contract with the Foxes having impressed in the second half of the 2023/24 Barclays Women’s Super League season on loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
A former England youth international, the tenacious left-footed defender returns to Leicestershire having made seven impressive appearances in all competitions for City last term.
Ale started her career with Aston Villa, signing for the West Midlands Club at eight years old, and was rewarded with her first professional contract shortly after turning 18, following her progress through the club’s Centre of Excellence.
The versatile full-back would go on to be a prominent member of the Villa side that gained promotion to the WSL 2019/20.
The 2021/22 season saw Ale join Tottenham following four successful years within the Villa first team.
Internationally, Ale has represented England at various youth levels and was involved with England for the inaugural Under-23s European League.
