- Young goalkeeper Daniel Iversen to continue his development on loan with Rotherham United in Sky Bet League 1
- Danish youth international played three games for Denmark Under-21s at this summer’s UEFA European Under-21 Championship
- He enjoyed a successful loan spell at Oldham Athletic during the 2018/19 campaign and kept 16 clean sheets in all competitions
The 22-year-old joined the Foxes from Danish Superliga outfit Esbjerg in January 2016 and impressed for the Club’s Development Squad before continuing his progress on loan at Sky Bet League 2 side Oldham Athletic in the 2018/19 season.
Iversen - who impressed for the Latics by keeping 16 clean sheets in 49 games in all competitions - has represented Denmark at youth international levels from Under-16 to Under-21 and played three times for his country in this summer’s UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Italy.
He joins a Rotherham side who will look to bounce back to the Sky Bet Championship at the first attempt following relegation to the third-tier last term.
Paul Warne’s men finished in 22nd place last season and Iversen will now continue his development at the AESSEAL New York Stadium, with the Millers set to travel to AFC Wimbledon on the opening day of the new campaign.
Iversen will be available for the Millers in their pre-season friendly against Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.
