Jamie Vardy and Jeff Schlupp found the net as Leicester City climbed into the Premier League's top four places with a 2-1 success at Norwich City in early October 2015.
Under the management of Claudio Ranieri, the Foxes were proving their doubters wrong in the early weeks of 2015/16, despite pre-season title odds of 5,000/1.
Following a 5-2 home loss to Arsenal a week earlier, many assumed City's form would stutter, but victory over Norwich would be the start of a 10-game unbeaten run.
Vardy's powerful penalty in the 28th minute - the former Fleetwood Town striker's fourth consecutive top-flight goalscoring outing - put Leicester on course for victory.
It was followed by a stylish effort from Academy graduate Schlupp early in the second half, giving City a two-goal lead before Dieumerci Mbokani's consolation strike.
Despite now holding a place in the UEFA Champions League qualification berths, Ranieri was keen to stress the importance of reaching the pre-season 40-point target.
"We showed good character and it was a good performance," the Italian said. "We have 15 points, 25 less than we need to. After we get that, we will see what happens."
