Take The Game To Norwich, Says Barnes
- Leicester City face Norwich City at Carrow Road in the Premier League on Friday (8pm kick-off)
- Harvey Barnes believes the Foxes must approach the fixture against Daniel Farke's men with confidence
- Brendan Rodgers' City side remain third in the Premier League after 27 matches
- Live coverage of the match begins on LCFC Radio from 5pm on Friday evening
Since the turn of 2020, the Academy graduate has scored four goals for the Foxes, who were held to a 1-1 draw by the Canaries at King Power Stadium in December.
Daniel Farke's men are bottom of the Premier League, while Leicester are currently third, but Barnes, 22, believes the Norfolk club have exhibited their quality on several occasions.
"For us, we’ll be going there full of confidence," the England Under-21s international told LCFC TV earlier this week. "We know it’s not going to be an easy game.
"Obviously, they’re in a tough situation at the minute, so they’re going to be full of fight and they’ll be looking to put up as tough a test as they can.
We want to get as many points as we can for the season and finish as high as we can.

"I think for us, we’re looking to take the game to them and hopefully, with the performance, we can get the result.
"You saw (Norwich's quality) when they played Man City. They turned them around in a surprise result, so they’re more than capable of doing that on their day.
"It’ll be something that we’re wary of, but we’ve got to focus on our own game and just make sure that, on the back of a disappointing defeat against Manchester City, we bounce back strong."
Barnes says that slender 1-0 defeat by Pep Guardiola's champions at King Power Stadium last Saturday, following Gabriel Jesus' late winner, has not shaken Leicester's self-belief.
Brendan Rodgers' men are heading into a key junction in their 2019/20 campaign, with them currently holding a nine-point advantage over fifth-placed Manchester United.
"The next few games are going to be very important," Barnes admitted. "Obviously, with the games we’ve got left, we’re going to be looking to pick up as many points as we can.
"We obviously want to finish as strongly as we can and finish as high as we can in the table, so the next few games are very important for that. Hopefully, like you say, it can be the start to a very good run.
"Norwich is going to be tough, as we’ve already said, but for us, we want to win every game. We want to get as many points as we can for the season and finish as high as we can."
