The Foxes welcome Palace to King Power Stadium for their fifth consecutive fixture to be staged behind closed doors since the English football season resumed in June.
Brendan Rodgers' men will be searching for their first victory since the restart against the Eagles - and Söyüncü, who scored at Selhurst Park in November, is determined to secure three points.
Throughout the 2019/20 campaign, the Turkey international has forged a fearsome partnership with Jonny Evans at the back, helping City to hold the joint second-best defensive record in the league.
"Jonny is a great player and it’s a pleasure to play alongside him here at Leicester," Söyüncü told Saturday's official digital matchday programme, which will be available to buy for just £1.50.

Çağlar Söyüncü is the cover star of Saturday's matchday programme.
"He played for Manchester United for many years so he has lots of great experience, and he helps me on a personal level. Not just me though, he also helps everyone in our defensive line.
"Using his experience, he makes lots of warnings and tells us to do things in a certain way. I’m very happy playing alongside Jonny and I’m sure I will continue to learn from him as time goes on."
Söyüncü also found the net for the first time as a Leicester player during November's 2-0 victory over Roy Hodgson's men in the capital - an occasion he recalls fondly.
"I remember that game well, how could I forget?!" he added. "It was a very special game for me because I scored my first-ever Premier League goal. But more importantly, we won the game.
"With my goal I took part in the victory so it’s an unforgettable day for me, but getting the three points was the most important thing."
During the times when you struggle for form, I believe that’s when the friendship and family atmosphere in the team can play a big part in kick-starting better results.

City, of course, have been frustrated by results over previous weeks but the former SC Freiburg centre-back believes they are close to enjoying a productive run of results.
"Some results haven’t gone our way recently but we still have lots of important games to play and more opportunities to get points," Söyüncü continued.
"During the times when you struggle for form, I believe that’s when the friendship and family atmosphere in the team can play a big part in kick-starting better results.
"Because we have that in our team, I really believe that we’ll do well and finish in the best position we can."
