Be At The Top Of Our Game, Says Morgan
- LCFC Women host London Bees in Sunday's return to FA Women's Championship action (2pm kick-off)
- The Foxes are looking for a third straight league victory and a fourth in all competitions
- Jonathan Morgan previewed the behind-closed-doors clash, a 2pm kick-off in Quorn
- He says the team must keep plugging away as they look to hunt down league leaders Durham
The Foxes have not played a league game since beating Coventry United 9-1 on 15 November, which backed up a hard fought 1-0 victory over Lewes in their last home fixture.
Speaking to LCFC.com, Morgan says he is optimistic that the team can continue that run of form when they welcome the London club to Farley Way Stadium on Sunday (2pm kick-off).
"We were building momentum before the international break and we felt it came at the wrong time for us based on that," Morgan admitted. "But it's been a good time for the girls to just get a little bit of rest and recovery.

Extended highlights from LCFC Women's magnificent 9-1 victory over Coventry United on Sunday afternoon.
"We have just been working on little things in our game that we need to focus on for London Bees. Now the game is just around the corner so we're starting to get switched on and look forward to the challenge.
"We worked on a lot more individual stuff in the first week of the break, we gave a number of the girls the week off just to recover from a few knocks and niggles and also a few of the girls just needed a bit of recovery time.
"We only had about half of the squad in, but the second week, we focused on how we wanted to play against London Bees and what we needed to work on to make sure we can be at our best for that game."
City's visitors are sitting 10th in the 11-team FA Women's Championship table, with six points from their opening nine games.
However, Lee Burch's side have won two of their last three league games and Morgan knows that City will have to perform at their best to take a positive result.
If we can get our style out and then play the way we want to play and focus on the hole that we think we've found in London Bees' game, then we'll be okay.

"I think you just have to look at what happened to us against London City Lionesses." Morgan continued. "They were second bottom at the time and beat us 4-1, so we're not going to take London Bees lightly.
"Any team can do anything at this level, it is competitive and I think all we can do is be professional as possible. If we can get our style out and then play the way we want to play and focus on the hole that we think we've found in London Bees' game, then we'll be okay.
"But, they'll be thinking the same thing and they'll be wanting the victory as well."
Durham, Leicester, Sheffield United and Liverpool are separated by just three points, with first place potentially up for grabs if the leaders slip up on Sunday.
Morgan is striving for consistent results in their quest to remain in contention at the top end of the table.

City drew 2-2 with league leaders Durham earlier in the season.
"We're obviously hunting Durham and then we've got Liverpool and Sheffield United very close behind us," LCFC Women's manager added.
"It's a very tight top four at the moment and a victory is paramount for us because we don't want to lose any ground on Durham, but equally we don't want to give Liverpool and Sheffield the chance to leapfrog us either.
"Every one game is important, that's the same for any of the teams at this level, everyone wants to win as many games as possible to be the best in the league.
"So for me, it's about getting that consistency, keeping that up and just staying focused no matter what."
