Leicester City entertain Carlo Ancelotti's men on Filbert Way looking for a fourth consecutive win in all competitions - and a third successive clean sheet.
Everton, on the other hand, also approach the fixture in buoyant mood after securing a 1-0 success over Chelsea at Goodison Park over the most recent weekend.
Ndidi, however, is under no illusions about the scale of the task at hand for the Foxes on Wednesday against a side which has earned many plaudits for their playing style this term.
"I’m feeling great, the team is feeling very well also," the Nigeria international told LCFC TV. "It’s a game which is going to be really tough because, obviously, it’s Everton.
"In the Premier League, you get different teams with different feelings. It’s something we’re looking to and hopefully it comes out well.
In the Premier League, you get different teams, but as a team in the Premier League, you have to be ready for it. We, as Leicester, we’re ready for anything that comes.

"It’s been good, but we don’t get too comfortable. In the Premier League, any team can beat any team, but it’s good to have that confidence when you win.
"They also won, so it’s going to be a tough one, but we’re looking forward to it."
While Ndidi believes any game in the Premier League will present a stern test, the visit of Everton is likely to be a particularly tough challenge, according to City's No.25.
"It’s not going to be an easy game," he continued, speaking this week. "They’re a very good team. The manager is good also. It’s a different game from Brighton, but we know that already.
"In the Premier League, you get different teams, but as a team in the Premier League, you have to be ready for it. We, as Leicester, we’re ready for anything that comes.
"We’ll see how it goes. The manager will name the team and then we’ll see what happens."
Goals: Leicester City 3 Brighton & Hove Albion 0
Enjoy all the goals from the Foxes' superb 3-0 victory over Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday night.
After a period of time on the sidelines with an adductor injury, Ndidi is now back in the middle of Leicester's defence and impressed during the 3-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday.
The former Genk midfielder is eager to build on that result with another victory on Wednesday, as well as continuing to build upon a base level of match fitness.
"It was great that we won," he explained. "The team comes first and it was good for us to win that game, but for me personally, it’s all okay because I’m coming back from injury.
"I’m just trying to get my fitness back and get back into the game as quickly as I can. Coming back from injury doesn’t mean I have to start slow, I’m just trying to give my best for the team.
"The fitness comes from training and playing games and I’ve been working hard and it’s something that adds up for fitness in the games."
