City are currently sat at the top of the FA Women's Championship table, having also progressed into the semi-finals of the Continental Tyres League Cup for the first time in their history.

Ahead of taking on the Eagles for the second time in 10 days, this time in the league, Morgan has reported a clean bill of health among the players who were available for that cup clash, with only goalkeeper Demi Lambourne remaining out due to a long-term injury.

"Everyone, bar Demi, is fully fit," Morgan told LCFC.com ahead of the fixture. "We picked up a few knocks after the Palace game but they were only minor so everyone's back in full training."

With the squad that we've got, everyone understands each other's value and that everyone has got a big role to play to help see us over the line.

With several games in a short space of time, Morgan believes rotation of the squad will be key, while also trying to balance maintaining the momentum built up from seven successive league wins.

"It's going to be very difficult," he continued. "We want to keep everyone happy but the reality is obviously that you can't.

"With the squad that we've got, everyone understands each other's value and that everyone has got a big role to play to help see us over the line.

"I'm very fortunate to have girls who understand that and if we keep having games like we did on Sunday, that positivity will keep growing and that team will keep growing.

"The girls keep themselves in check because they are all so focused."

Goals: Liverpool Women 1 LCFC Women 2

Enjoy the goals from an impressive victory over Liverpool for LCFC Women at Prenton Park on Sunday.

Following a long injury lay-off, former Everton forward Hannah Cain started her first game for the Foxes in the weekend win at Liverpool.

The 21-year-old, who also made a substitute appearance against Palace in the League Cup, impressed on her return to action.

Morgan added: "She had 11-and-a-half months out, so for her to come straight into the Palace game off the bench in such a ferocious game that was very physical, she showed how good she really is, that she can still come on and do the business after so long.

"She was given her first start against Liverpool as well on the Sunday and we were very pleased with her performance, with what she adds to the team and the squad.

"It just gives us another dynamic when we are going forward now. She's like a brand new signing for us."
