Leicester City's Under-18s were beaten 3-1 by Aston Villa in U18 Premier League South at LCFC Training Ground on Saturday.
A second-half brace from Villa's Charlie Lutz resulted in City's youngsters falling to defeat in league action, as they are left in 10th position, one point above the bottom-placed Villans.
Benjamin Tomaso opened the scoring 28 minutes in for the travelling side, before the Foxes got back level straight after the break when Trey Nyoni assisted Amani Richards, who scored his first goal since the 4-2 win against Norwich towards the end of last month.
The result was decided in the last 20 minutes when Lutz scored twice in the 72nd and 82nd minute, leaving the young Foxes with a home defeat. Up next for the Under-18s is a league match against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday 4 March in Seagrave, with an 11am GMT kick-off.
