Leicester City's Under-18s beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 on Saturday in Seagrave in U18 Premier League action.
Goals from Amani Richards and Trey Nyoni guided the Foxes to their fifth win of the season, after beating Brighton, which lifts them to ninth in the standings with 16 points.
It was a fast start from City as they took the lead through Richards only two minutes in. Scoring his seventh of the season and also his second in as many games, the early strike was enough to displace the travelling Seagulls, however the Foxes made sure of the win late on.
In the 82nd minute, Nyoni confirmed victory, and scored his second goal in five games, having scored in City's win over Norwich towards the end of January.
Now four spaces and four points above bottom, Leicester prepare for a trip to the south coast when they take on Southampton on Saturday morning (11am GMT kick-off) at Staplewood Training Ground.
