Following Saturday's last-gasp Sky Bet Championship victory at West Bromwich Albion, the Foxes were drawn to take on the second-tier Lions in Sunday's FA Cup draw - with sides from England's top two divisions set to join the competition.
One-time winners of the historic competition, City have reached five finals in total, culminating in the glory of 2021.
Leicester's first entry into this season's FA Cup will come during the weekend of Saturday and Sunday 6 and 7 January. Confirmation of a date and kick-off time, plus ticket details, will be announced shortly.
