Taggart was in the press box at King Power Stadium on Sunday as the Blues knocked Claude Puel's men out of the competition at the quarter-final stage, winning out 2-1 over 120 minutes.
Jamie Vardy struck for the Foxes between efforts from Álvaro Morata and Pedro, meaning it is Chelsea, and not Leicester, who will face Southampton in the semi-finals.
