The Foxes reached the quarter-finals last season as they defeated Fleetwood Town, Peterborough United and Sheffield United before exiting the competition in extra-time against eventual winners Chelsea.
They now face either the Dragons or the Exiles after National League side Wrexham drew 0-0 with League Two outfit Newport County on 1 December, and a replay between the two Welsh clubs is due to be played on Tuesday 11 December.
