The Foxes head to the East Anglia club's training ground for a Premier League Cup group stage clash (7pm GMT kick-off), following Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Exeter City.
Currently sat second in Group D, City are well placed to qualify for the knockout phase of a competition which they were knocked out in the semi-finals last term.
Dewsbury-Hall, 20, has been an invaluable presence for the Under-23s this season and, despite a busy run of fixtures, is confident of more success.

He told LCFC TV: "We’ve got another game on Monday so we’ve been back to training to try and put a good performance in against Norwich.
"We’ve tried to rest up a little too after playing two games in three days last week, which has taken its toll on a couple of players."
The Foxes midfielder, who scored against Exeter last week, is nonetheless optimistic that Leicester's team spirit will continue to drive them towards success on all fronts.
"They’ll bring a different sort of test, they’ll probably like to play around a bit more so we’ll have to be aware of that and then on Monday we’ll go," he added.
"The team spirit at the moment is really good, before Wednesday we had five wins in a row.
"We’re working hard for each other and none of us want to lose this streak that we’re on at the moment.
"We’ll dig in towards the end and if it comes to playing a different style of play, we’ll do it."
